What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns on textile products, as each item is made from natural fibres with unique characteristics. However, exchanges are available on cushion covers for a different size or color (subject to availability). Email us at support@soulesthetic.com within 1 day of delivery to request a replacement.
What if I receive a damaged or tampered package?
